GOLF

The Golf Club @ SummerBrooke offers an eighteen-hole championship golf course, banquet facilities, Pro-Shop and bar & grill with a big screen TV. The golf course is owned and maintained by a separate entity and is not affiliated with the SummerBrooke Property Owners Association. Homeowners and non-members are welcome to utilize the banquet and grill facilities.

LAKES

SummerBrooke has 5 lakes for your fishing and boating enjoyment.
Please practice “catch & release”. Gas powered motors are not allowed.
Our neighborhood also has several walking trails around the lakes.

PARK/PLAYGROUND

SummerBrooke Park located on Preservation Road, includes a covered pavilion with picnic tables, modular play unit with slides, swings, sand box, benches and additional picnic tables for your enjoyment.

Park Parties: If you would like to reserve the park pavilion for a party, please call the association office at 841-4681 at least one week in advance
